I spent the last two days away from my husband and his tremendous skill at encouraging me to eat enough by dangling high calorie snacks/meals in front of my face. (I was visiting my parents and little brother.) As a consequence, I have fallen well below my daily calorie goals the last two days. Not good.

Enzymes
Months ago, my digestive enzyme brand failed to get FDA approval within the specified 2 year window. Because of that, the company can no longer make it or sell it. I switched from Ultrase MT12 to Creon 12,000 (only FDA approved enzyme on my prescription plan’s formulary list). I’ve been gradually transitioning because I had a big stash of Ultrase built up.
