What I’m proud of/grateful for: my education. I have a bachelors of science in chemistry, a bachelors of arts in Spanish and a PhD in chemistry. It took a lot of hard work and I’m proud of it.
How I’m celebrating: I took myself home for lunch and made myself some mac-and-vegan-cheese, had a glass of V8, a French pressed pot of coffee and listened to This American Life. I know that may not sound appetizing to everyone, but it was just what I was craving and a nice distraction from a long work week.
